Do NOT waste your money on this high end piece of outdoor equipment. You are better off buying a cheap one and replacing every couple of years. We paid about $2000 for this outdoor Lynx refrigerator from Capital Distributing and from the moment we plugged it in it would not cool and alarms continually went off preventing it from working. A repairman was sent out on three occasions and he told me the first time privately that it wasn't a good unit but we were stuck. We have been in contact with both VIking/Lynx and Capital for over a year and they have basically handed us off to one another & given us the run around until the warranty expired. We will never use this company again and we will make sure to let everyone know that Lynx/Viking and Capital do not stand behind their products.

Everything was great. Thanks for the tip to contact Joyce Rambo she was great to work with. I needed to replace my current range, since the oven seemed to only work when it wanted to. After exhaustive research on which ranges to purchase, and who to purchase from, I decided on Capital Distributing and was so happy I did.
Joyce was very responsive, easy to work with and answered all of my questions promptly. They have a beautiful showroom, where you can see all of the models. The staff is very professional and attentive. Installation was a breeze. They set an appointment for delivery and showed up on time. Everything was perfect.

My salesperson was Joyce Rambo and she was pretty awesome. I had already done my research on the products I wanted and Joyce was able to work with me to match prices from other retailers and was even able to find other price breaks to help me save money. I also had to have some minor warranty work on a couple of the appliances and she was able to schedule the service call. Everything is working perfectly and I could not be more satisfied with the services she provided.

"I just became aware of Angie's List and this posting yesterday thus my delay in providing a response. My committment is to serve every customer respectfully, provide quality products at great prices and provide excellent service. In investigating our transaction with Member, as she states she ordered and we provided her appliances without installation included. The appliances were special ordered for her. Once her appliances were uncrated they cannot be returned to the manufacturer. Once her appliances are installed they techically become used appliances even if they are 1 day old. A special ordered, uncrated and installed icemaker it is exstremely difficult to resell to another customer without a substantial discount and often takes a long time. I differ in interpretation of the law as it relates to not disclosing that we don't offer to return an appliance that has been uncrated and installed. In response to the woman who spoke rudely to Member, I regret that I don't know who this person might be because talking rudely to a customer regardless of how the conversation goes is totally unacceptable. If I knew who this was it would be addressed seriously by me. We work on being the best appliance company in North Texas and I take every failure, complaint or misunderstanding seriously. Chris Wynn was the salesman and he was great to work with. I have had some warranty work done but most of it has solved the problems.

Outstanding, I purchased an appliance for less than half of the retail price - thanks to the fact that this item was in inventory from an overstock or some dealer return. Very professional, helpful, and knowledgeable sales rep. He even talked my installer through some arcane technical information right over the phone.

Upon contact by Angie's list, they came out and checked the installation, which they insisted was okay. My bottom rack of the dishwasher still slides off the door. They said they would refund the installation fees on the cooktop but didn't until Angie's list contacted them, at least twice.
