Hello,
We have been in the market for new family room and office furniture. After visiting about 8 different furniture stores in the metroplex we finalized our selections with Cantoni today. Beryl Lubner at Cantoni worked with us from the first time we visited the showroom (about 4 weeks ago). During our first visit she was warm and friendly and provided just the right amount of information--we felt she was there when we had questions but not following us around without giving us any breathing room to talk among ourselves.
We visited the showroom two additional times after our first visit and Beryl offered suggestions, offered to come out to our home to get the look and feel of the space. When you are with Beryl you feel as if you are with a trusted friend who is entertaining you in her home.
Beryl has outstanding customer service skills which seem to be lacking in some many experiences today.
