Chris was WONDERFUL!! He was the consummate professional, and the entire scheduling process was a breeze.  His scheduler answered after 2 rings, and helped me get the next available appointment (which was a week out - compared to others with a 6 week wait.)  When he arrived he set up a tarp and his vacuum to make sure nothing in my home got dirty.  I hired him expecting to pay an extra $250 to get the back panel of my fireplace replaced, but he was honest in saying that he could fix/secure my old one at no cost.  Chris was honest, knowledgable, and a good story teller (he told us in a top hat why chimney sweeps are considered lucky, and gave us buttons we quickly put on our tree as ornaments.)
Chris will be getting a call from me again in a year or two when I need another chimney sweep...I can't recommend him highly enough! You'll be more than pleased when you hire Canterbury Chimney Sweeps!

Chris arrived on time and did a fantastic job cleaning our chimney and giving us advice about the types of wood we burn in our fireplace! to prevent build up of soot! Chris has a great attitude, very experienced, and you can tell he loves his work.
He will be our Chimney Sweep from now on and we highly recommend!

I had a very pleasant experience with Canterbury Chimney Sweeps. I booked my chimney cleaning about a week out. The appointment time was kept and the service was impeccable. I have 2 chimneys to inspect and clean, and he was fast and thorough. I had ample opportunity to ask questions and he pointed out any issues. I will absolutely recommend them for chimney checkups and I will be using them again for yearly service.

There are some reviews out there about the price being high, I think not. This is my second house with fireplaces and its pretty standard pricing.
