He is great. Dr, Krugg specifically. They are great. Not cheap but I have confidence in them and there are some that I don't. They are high in my opinion.

They are expensive. I never get out of there for under $200-300 dollars, but we pay it. But veterinarians are expensive, because we are all stupid and we pay it. But they have excellent care. I have an Addison's dog and she had been under another vet's care since the day she was born. My dog was literally, literally, literary dying. I mean hours away from being gone, and Dr. Krug saved her. So I can't say enough good about them. And by the way, this other vet had far more letters behind his name. He is an magnificent diagnostician. He was able to diagnosed this one. I mean she had been hospitalized for two weeks the whole bit and they had not figured out what it was. He knew within hours what it was, thank God. Thank God or she would not be here. He is expensive, but he saved her life and he is still keeping her healthy. They are very punctual. They are very professional. They are very kind. So all of this makes up for the expense.

I have been going to them for years.  Both Dr. Krug and Dr. Smith are excellent diagnosticians and actually saved the life (literally) of my neighbor's dog when her vet failed to diagnose a life threatening illness.  Their office staff are professional and courteous, they are punctual and take their time with you and your animal.  I highly recommend them.

Excellent as always. I have used Campbell Village Vet for over 15 years. Dr. Krug is wonderful with the dogs. He gets down on the floor with them! Also he keeps up to date on the latest research. I now live nearly 40 miles away but have not been able to find a closer vet that I like half as well.

Dr. Grubbs was very thorough, as usual. He explained options for treatment. Received drops for the eye problem and was told what to look for if drops were not going to help--what would come next as far as treatment. The drops did solve the problem, and the office did call to follow-up as promised. Excellent service as always. Grooming service is great also.

Options are always given for treatment. The client can decide on what is best for their pet and most feasible budgetwise.

This was my first experience with a veterinarian, so I have nothing to compare it with. Campbell Village is walking distance from my house, which was a primary reason for choosing it.

I needed to get my dog standard vaccinations and a general health checkup. The whole experience -- from making the appointment to the time spent with the vet to paying the bill -- was as positive as it could be. Besides thoroughly checking out my dog, the vet (Dr Robertson) spent quite a while answering my questions and giving me advice for maintaining my dog's heath.

The vaccinations were actually free (a Thursday special) and the other charges were reasonable. The surprising expense was a combo flea+heartworm medicine (6-month supply) that cost more than everything else combined.

The office staff is amazing. They are friendly and there is not a question that they can't answer. My vet takes his time with us and my dogs do not get afraid before or during their visit. This is a wonderful practice.

Best vet clinic I have been to since moving to Texas. The support staff was very welcoming and friendly. Even the other customers were friendly. The vet who performed the services was very thorough, looking through past medical history, asking important questions, and was very good with my dog (who can be difficult). He took the time to explain all exams they were going to do, and then kept her over the day in order to get the appropriate exams completed. called and explained all test results and what they found and what to do. Upon picking her up at the end of the day, again the staff and vet was great and explained next steps. A week later, received the call with the culture results and their recommendation for further antibiotics and next steps. All staff truly cares about the well-being of the animals they see and I was very impressed with overall service provided.

Dr. Krug and Dr Shirley are great vets. They've been our vets for many years now. They never rush us out the door and listen to and answer all my nervous pet-mom questions. My dog is a little snappy at the vet, but they are always very nice to her and they can even trim her nails. They are a little expensive, but well worth it. I feel motivated to write this review because they haven gone above and beyond for my dog. She was hurt by the Chinese pet food recall in 2007. Dr Krug identified the problem and diagnosed kidney damage days before the pet food recall was announced. Since then, Campbell vet has helped me manage her symptoms and she is doing great. Throughout everything, the doctor and the office staff helped me submit a claim with the pet food company making copies, faxes, and writing treatment plans, which helped me get a settlement for her treatment. It was a lot of extra work for them, but they were great.

I was very happy with him, he was very kind and caring with the dogs. He wasn't in a big rush and would explain everything, he was the kind of Doctor I would want for myself.

He is a great vet. He listened patiently to all of my concerns and explained things thoroughly. My dog reacted well to him. I feel very confident that my dog got the best care.

This is the best animal clinic around. I've used them for years and can't imagine ever switching to a different one. The staff are all friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive. They really try to fit us in at our convenience and not theirs. I feel that my pets get great treatment from them. I've used them since 1980 and I think they've been in business a lot longer than that.

Doctor Harold Krug is one of the best vets you are going to find in this area. His facility is always kept clean and the dogs we have brought to him over the years have always liked him. The exams are detailed and extensive, and the outcome is normally a healthy dog. We highly recommend him for people that don t mind spending a little extra for quality care.
