Every experience I have had has gone seamlessly well. My clients are so pleased and can not believe that Callbox Storage provides all of the services they provide for such an affordable cost! I highly recommend this company for anyone with storage needs, you won't ever store anything on your own again!

What a great, logical, and awesome company! I Love Callbox Storage! I've got a great relationship with them, but that means I have a very, very high standard. The guys cleared the bar with room to spare. Call Box Storage made our move so easy and so simple. They photo itemized everything and sent an inventory statement via email immediately. And I checked my app & everything was accounted for! The guys were courteous, professional and quick. What more can you ask for! Tell a friend. I'm telling everybody, lol.!! #PureGreatness

Excellent, clean cut movers who packed our boxes and labeled them with tracking number. very easy, and for the same price as what I would pay for a storage unit, but then I would have to move everything.

Greatest service ever. I pile everything up in my garage, set up an appointment on the app on my iphone and they send a crew out to do a photo inventory and take it to storage. I can see what I have in storage on my phone and set up a delivery when I need it. The cost is the same as a typical storage place, but it flexes to the size I need (so I only pay for what I am using) and they pick up and drop off everything. I got 1/2 of my garage back without renting a truck and hauling stuff to the storage place. I refer them to everyone.

Service was excellent. The team that showed up was very professional. They tagged and photographed our items and took them away to be stored and then brought them back undamaged. I couldn't ask for any better service from these guys!

I cannot say enough good things about Callbox! They have a talented team with a can-do attitude. We were so impressed not only with their moving services, but also that they offer an affordable, white-glove storage service with an online catalogue where you can view your items any time. They will take care of your move and store your items without you having to manage a thing! Such a cool service to have in Dallas!

This was the most professional moving company I have ever used. I have moved to several different cities with my job, and I don't believe that I have run into such courteous, genteel men to help me move. From the time I called to inquire about prices, to the team loading the truck, it was the most smooth operation. I appreciated the honesty of the owners. They encouraged me to shop around for better pricing than they offered, which I did. Not only were Callbox's prices reasonable, they were comparable to other companies. I enjoyed the fact I am charged with only one monthly cost; not the burden of the cost of delivering to their facility, a monthly storage fee, and another fee to deliver to my new place. The company sent 4 men to load up my place on the day of the move. They were extremely careful about the walls and how they handled the furniture. Their wrapping of the furniture was far superior to any other moving company I have used. They were loaded within a 2 hour period for a two bedroom condo. A definite A+ rating in my opinion.
