Michael showed up and went to work right away. I didn't have extra carpet samples, but we had a discreet area where he could get take up some samples and blend seamlessly into the area where the holes were. It was the perfect solution! Thanks, Michael! Your work is excellent!

Mike Grabeel came to the house as scheduled, made measurements so he could give us an estimate on the new flooring.  He met us at his showroom so we could choose the new flooring from his samples.  Once chosen, he was able to provide an estimate quickly and we scheduled the work immediately.
There was a waiting period for the linoleum to arrive because his supplier was out of stock.  Once the materials were in, Mike checked with me and his crew promptly came out to remove the old flooring and put in the new carpet and linoleum.  They did a terrific job and everything looked great.
After a few days, a bubble appeared in the linoleum in one part of the kitchen.  Once aware of the problem, Mike was quick to come out to check on the cause of the problem.  His installer came out and carefully rolled back to the kitchen flooring so the problem could be addressed.  All that needed to happen was a layer of sealer on the concrete floor and the installers replaced the flooring.  No further problems have happened.
In that entire process, there was no mention of paying the remainder of the bill until we were satisfied with the final product.  I was exceptionally pleased that Mike made every effort to find and fix the problem before mentioning the final payment.
Although it took a little longer than expected to get the installation completed because of the delay in getting the product we wanted, I remain extremely satisfied with the way Mike dealt with me and especially with the problems we encountered.
I have now worked with Mike twice and I will go to him again the next time I need flooring help.
