Text to Logan: Subject: Urgent Dryer Repair Inquiry Dear Logan, I am quite perplexed by the challenges I've faced while seeking assistance with my dryer issue. Despite multiple attempts to address a simple repair request, I've encountered unwarranted hostility as a customer, which is disheartening. I've requested a "ticket" for the dryer repair, and I'm curious about the estimated time of arrival (eta). Is it expected to take 3 or 4 weeks? This prolonged wait has forced us to use a laundry mat, incurring additional expenses and time lost. Should I pass along these costs due to the inconvenience caused by the lack of timely responses to my needs? Much discussed with your lack of response!

They do a great job and I'll stay with them.  I've stayed with them for so long because they're very effective and reliable, and I like the personnel.  They do much better than a separate property management company I've used and I'd recommend them!

So far, they've done a pretty good job.  I've been with them for about 2 years.  Their fees are better than the other property management company I've used, and I plan on staying with them for the time being.
