 + -1 moreMr. Burns is a retired pilot. He seems to be very exacting and fastidious. He says he has been doing this for several years. What I like about Mr. Burns is that he is very polite and explains everything. He spent several hours inspecting the home, taking pictures and then spent the last thirty minutes walking me around the home and showing me the issues. I would recommend him and his company to anyone. I feel he saved me thousands of dollars by finding these issues, especially if an electrical fire started before he found the problem. His prices are fair, based on all the calls I made and he seems an honest man. That is hard to find.
Description of Work: Mr. Burns inspected my 1906 home in Highland Park. It is a historic home. I thought my home was immaculate, but he found issues that I couldn't find. He found issues with my air conditioning, ducting, drainage and especially faulty electrical wiring on my old, lovely home.
