WE HAD TWO SEPARATE PLACES WHERE THE WATER WAS COMING IN. WE SAW IT AS ALL ONE PROBLEM, BUT HE LOOKED AT IT AS TWO SEPARATE PROBLEMS, AND HE GAVE US TWO DIFFERENT CHARGES. WHAT HE DID, DIDN'T WORK! THE WATER IS STILL COMING IN.
