Good experience from beginning to end of process.

Jim came to my house in the evening when I got home from work, which I appreciated and brought lots of samples and explained features, pros and cons. We had just had a lot of work done in our home after the hailstorm and needed to replace the blinds in the kitchen. I let him know I was hosting a small brunch in a couple of weeks and he assured me they could be installed by then. Well, his installer was a bit challenging to nail down and when it looked as though the blinds would not be installed by the day of my event, Jim came and installed them himself on the morning of! He even brought materials and fixed some broken valences on my old blinds! While I knew I was a small order compared to most, I really appreciated him making good on his commitment. I will definitely use him for the other window treatments we want to have done. I love a business that values customers.

Upon our initial meeting, Jim brought samples to share. He listened to what I was interested in and kept my budget in mind. From there, he narrowed our search, which was extremely helpful.

After that meeting I placed my order with Jim and he gave me an approximate date for installation.

Jim installed the shades very quickly and did a wonderful job.

We are awaiting the arrival and installation of plantation shutters for our kitchen. They will also be installed by Jim when they are ready.

I was very pleased with Jim's expertise and professionalism. He was quick and concise too. I would recommend him and use him again if the opportunity presents itself.
