We like him a lot. He is quick and friendly. We run a daycare and he lets the kids watch and he talks to them. He is on time and gets the work done really well. It looks good. We will use him in the future.

I have used Brian Buchan many times over many years to do any work that comes up at my house. He has done jobs such as gutter cleaning, repaired the attic stays lots of plumbing work and a couple dozen other jobs. He is excellent, courteous, hard working, and knowledgeable. This job went as smoothly as usual and the sink works just fine. He charges a flat rate of $10 per hour and works quickly at what ever he is doing. I highly recommend him.
