+ -1 moreAfter 6 months, untold frustration with poor workmanship, rework, overcharging, late payment of subs, inconviences, slips to schedules and $150K spent, we terminated this general contractor with only the 1st floor complete (minus a number of punch list items) and half of the 2nd and 3rd floors complete. This guy is not reputable and I would never use him again. He can't project plan his way out of a paper bag!
Description of Work: General Contractor engaged to complete a three phase project consisting of addition of mud room adjacent to the kitchen on the 1st floor, reworking kitchen range, wetbar, pantry and some kitchen cabinets, rec.out and finish of a kids play room immediately above on the second floor and finish out of a home theater in the attic/3rd floor. Total Project was originally scoped at $120K and 4months to completion.
