Brazos National Bank Mortgage Loan Division

The loan officer we used, Joe, was ineffective, slow, and in the end, was caught in several lies and stopped responding to our calls. I had to call the bank and complain to the branch manager and the operations manager to get anything done after our closing had been delayed a week. Even after they got involved it took yet another week to close. This whole time, Joe would call me to complain about my amazing realtor and to start drama between us and the sellers (who coincidentally were his close friends). Even the managers lost their cool and got an attitude with me. I would never recommend using this bank for ANY reason. Do yourself a favor and stay well away. I couldn't list everything that went wrong with these people.
