Bradford Lipsie Painting

Don't quote me on the cost, now that I think about it.  It's been 5 years since we used them!  But I can say that they.  Were.  Awesome.  They did an immaculate painting job, immaculately cleaned up, and were just all around pleasant to have in the house. We were disappointed to not have an opportunity to use them again before we moved across country!!  But they made our house look lovely, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

In a word, EXCELLENT. Thy are always professional, thorough and helpful. They can provide design advise if needed (we need it). They always do what they say, when they say it will be done. We have used them four times in past several years. They are our first choice for painting.

They showed when they said, they worked through until the job was completed. They cleaned up and moved back all the stuff they took out of the rooms. Overall, it was an excellent experience. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Initially I thought I found a good company to do my painting at a good price. They got the job done quickly and professionally. But then in less than 2 years, the paint started cracking and pealing. I contacted the company 6 months ago and they still have not done anything to address the problem. I keep getting ignored and put off. I am now going to have to hire someone else to redo what was not done well the first time.

Went great. I love these ladies! They work harder than anyone else I know and do a WONDERFUL job! Any painting I ever need I wait till they have time on their schedule to do it for me. I will always us them for my painting needs.

They were wonderful. They had to work around extreme difficulties presented by my disgruntled ex-husband to get the job done, and they very understanding, considering all that was happening. I had to handle all of the problems by phone because of my job. They were troopers and did a great job. I came home exhausted after a week away and was totally rejuvenated by the "new" rooms I found in my home. I am so grateful of how they handled themselves.

I was very satisfied with Bradford Lipsie from start to finish. I submitted a request on Angie's List on a Friday; they had emailed me back by Monday. They came to give me an estimate on Wednesday, and then painted the rooms on Saturday. The entire process was quick and convenient. The quality of work was also excellent, and the price seemed very reasonable for the space that was being painted. I would absolutely use Bradford Lipsie again for my next job.

I had Laurie and Brenda paint my downstairs last month. I called them back to do my upstairs because they did such an excellent job on the other project! These girls ROCK!! I have never been happier with any work that has been done in my home! I am SO going to miss them when they finish here....wonderful, wonderful and trustworthy people!♥ They will NOT disappoint you!

They had done exterior painting because I had some leaks at home. Two women came out. I spent about $14000. They had somebody to work on the roof, as I had some problem with the roof and the exterior work couldn’t be done until the roof was fixed. They didn’t do the entire house, but they did a lot of it. They did a good job. The people that had used them were satisfied with them. They had good attention to detail. I had another company come out for a bid. He sounded good, but he didn’t give me the bid in writing. This company came out and gave me an estimate. I liked them and I hired them. I would recommend them to others as they were very nice and they came out on time. They worked through. I wanted them to do a couple of rooms at a time and they were okay with that. They fixed some cracks. They did sheet rock work. They painted the rooms and redid the kitchen cabinets with wood. I would hire them again. Their price was reasonable for the quality of their work.

I requsted an estimate via email (through Angie's List) and had a response by phone within a day. They came out to do an estimate on a Saturday and I had the full estimate by the following Tuesday. She had to do research re: priming/painting over oil based walls to get me the best deal possible. I had requested the work be done in 8/16 for the living room and asked if they could come back the 20th to do the kitchen. They were available to do the job on the dates I requested which was the following week. When I returned after both jobs, except for the beautifully fresh painted walls, there was not a sign that they had been there. They were very professional, but easy going and friendly at the same time.

Laurie and Brenda did a great job! They took the extra time to make sure everything was just right. You can't even tell where the cracks were! They stayed late the second day to make sure it was all done. I was selling a dining room table while there were there and Brenda helped the lady buying the table take it apart and put it in her car. They are great people to work with and I will definitely be calling them again!

I found Laurie and Brenda on Angie's list when I was looking for a reputable painter. I looked at the reviews and said "That's who I want to paint my home!" The Girls came for an interview and to give me an estimate and I felt as if I'd known them my whole life! The work they did was suburb ....flawless! They are trustworthy, punctual and got the job done on time. I would also like to compliment them on how neat and tidy they are as well! At the end of everyday, everything was picked up, washed up and neatly stacked. I am so pleased with them, I have asked them to come back and paint my upstairs bedrooms and bath! They will not disappoint you if you hire them!! A+++++

Laurie and Brenda arrived on schedule and worked every day until the project was completed. The quality of their work is great and they were easy to work with. They provided everything necessary for the job, and all I had to do was stay out the way. They left everything neat and clean at the end, and I think even vacumned my floors. John also did a good job fixing the ceiling. I would definitely hire them again.

FANTASTIC! This is the best crew we have ever worked with. My husband and I just moved to Texas from Tennessee, and when we bought a house that definitely needed repainting (the previous owners picked some pretty outrageous colors for their walls) we lamented that we couldn't buy plane tickets for the guys back home who painted our last house. We seriously doubted that we could top our last painters. But never say never- the guys (or rather gals and guy) from Bradford Lipsie were top notch. First, I have to say that I felt bad. I emailed and asked Laurie if they could repair some holes in the wall- but what began as some minor holes and patching in the drywall (leftover from a gate that the previous owners had installed for their dogs, as well as from general wear and tear) turned into a bigger mess when my husband moved the lighting the in kitchen and cut three man-sized holes in the ceiling. I wasn't sure to what extent they would be equipped to repair the new damage, but I figured what the heck, I'd ask! If it was beyond their scope of work, I planned to have them work around it and I would just paint the ceiling when my husband was able to mend his mess. As it turned out, John repaired the damage without blinking an eye, along with correcting some poorly executed ceiling texture repair done by the previous owners. Laurie and Brenda also floated out the walls on either side of my fireplace, which I planned to wallpaper after they finished the job. They did amazing work, and they were so gracious to help with the "extras" that I tacked onto the job after they got started (the drywall repair and the accent wall work). And the bonus was that the final bill still came in way under the other estimate I received from another paint crew. They were also very kind to my cats and dogs (even though I could tell my large dogs made them a little nervous as I shuffled them outside!). But the icing on the cake was the clean up. When they left you would have never guessed that they had kicked up dust in my house (and this comes from someone who wipes out the microwave every time she uses it, even if there is no mess). Before I sign off, I would like to give a shout out to John, who gave me the cleaning tip of the year! My newly installed bamboo floors looked filmy, and he told me it was adhesive from the installation. He gave me detailed instructions on how to use mineral spirits to clean it off, and it worked! I have been so relieved that my floors are finally clean, so THANKS, JOHN!

They were very helpful in selecting colors and doing specialty painting for the ceiling. They work with customers very well, and they are an excellent company to work with.

I contacted Bradford Lipsie based on Angie's List reviews and asked for an estimate for the project. Laurie and Brenda came by within a day or two and looked at what we wanted done. They made measurements of the areas to be addressed and made notes of what we specifically wanted and what we did not want. Laurie emailed me a detailed estimate of the cost for each room so that we could choose to have the entire project done or only a portion. We decided to have them do it all, and are happy that we did. Brenda and Laurie did most of the painting, and John did the texturing and some of the painting. Everyone was pleasant, prompt and professional.

The process went fine the work was completed and they worked well with changes in the schedule areas to be painted.

They did an excellent job. The work actually dragged out over several weeks beacuse of the weather, but they completed the work as the weather allowed and did a very professional job. They were a little inconsistent with their communication with me over this period of time, bt did eventually get everything completed. There were a couple of sopts that they noticed that needed to be re-scrapped and paintend, and they came back and did that, even after I completed payment to them.

Laurie and Brenda were fantastic! They even put off their Xmas vacation departure for two days to get my job done. They did an outstanding job, finding solutions I wouldn't have thought of for several problems. The two guys who did the deck were also great at their job. They are meticulous and will only accept work that meets their own high standards, even if that means going the extra mile. They were very careful of my house, and cleaned up after themselves every day. They even put up with all my questions, and kibitzing with grace and humor. I definitely will hire them again.
