I ordered flowers from Bohemian for my wife two days before Valentines Day. Bohemian attempted to deliver the flowers to my wife job on the Valentines day at approximately 5:00pm, which completely defeats the purpose of sending flower to your love one's place of employment. That evening, I called Bohemian and asked to see if the flowers were delivered. They informed me that they would not be delivered that day since their driver was in a car accident. Being that my wife was away from here office when the flowers were delivered, I asked that the flower be delivered the next day.
Both my wife and I called repeatedly on the following day, but no one at Bohemian answer the phone or returned calls. We simply just got their voicemail. After 12pm, I called Bohemian again and requested that the flower order be cancelled and that someone call to confirm the cancellation. Obviously, I never heard from them.
I find the company to be extremely inconsiderate and would not recommend that anyone put their trust in this company for any type of occassion.
