I was told the price was now $25 because Jose is no longer there and the work must all be done by himself (I presume the owner). He didn't ask how much to shorten the strap, which made me question what sort of work he was going to do on it. I decided not to leave the bag for him to work on. I am really sorry to lose this valuable resource, but I must look elsewhere. I wonder where Jose went . . .

Very well. Took luggage in on Wed and went back to get it on the appointed day of the next Wed. Luggage was ready for pick up and had 2 new wheels as he replaced another wheel that was not working properly. That showed me they were looking out for me and my luggage, not wanting me to be inconvenienced again to have that wheel replaced at a later date.
