Blue Sky may be the best and most efficient HVAC contractor I’ve ever worked with. Josue responded to my inquiry within an hour, gave me a proposal that was competitive with everyone and better than many, and he completed the work on schedule as promised - at the price he quoted. If needed I will call him again!

Everything was great! The repair man came to check on everything after it was done. Even prior when I had a different company lined out for the job they were very helpful. When that company did not follow through blue sky was called and did everything perfectly and helped us out so much.

The owner himself came and said the unit is working fine. 30 minutes after he left, the unit stopped working. We called back and he offered to come back again and charge another $250 to replace the thermostat. I questioned him why hasn’t he checked it when he was there. He charged us a trip charge plus another $80 for Check which obviously he did not performed. My wife was the one at home and I suspect he saw an opportunity to over charge her. When I asked for a breakdown of Check performed and why he charged her that, the owner hung up the phone on me! I called again and he answered and said there’s nothing to talk about. Bottom line- 1-The problem was not fixed. 2-Overcharged for Check up he did NOT performed. 3-When asked about it, he was rude and hung up the phone! I strongly suggest using a reputable HVAC company and not a scam, privately owned company such as “Blue Sky”.

"Customer was advised $59.99 for the service trip itself. Once on site had to figure out which unit was since they were not labeled, then spent time in attic looking at other issues. However we are honest and do not make things up just to make a sale. We suggested that a licensed electrician be called. The problem was electrical and unrelated to HVAC. We charged a total of $125 which is fair for both service trip and time spent troubleshooting."

The work was fantastic and he did a great job. He was very professional, stayed after hours, was prompt, and made sure to clean up after himself. I would recommend him to friends and family.
