I have incurred thousands in repair costs, and Ben has ceased returning any communication despite acknowledging fault. Profoundly unethical business.

This is the second time I work with Ben. He's great to work with. I highly recommend him. He's done two roof on two homes for me. Great job on both. Easy, no hassle, on time and great customer service.

Ben was terrific and super responsible. He was prompt, courteous, and I couldn't ask for better service.

Work was done as expected. Ben Moses is very professional. He came out and inspected the roof after we had a leak. He told us what had to be done and provided the service. And he had the debris from the trees blown off the roof as well.

We would definitely use him again and I have recommended him to various friends.

We had no problems. They were wonderful and on time and professional.

The crew (2 workers) showed up around 11:00 and worked through the day completing the work by 4:30. They cleaned all removed shingles and nails. This is a double hip roof so they had a lot to remove and replace.

It was a good price. I would give them straight As across the board.

Ben Moses called very soon after we purchased the Blue Moon Angie's List Deal.  He arrived on time and performed all work that was stated in the contract.  He did a professional job on the stack flashing and did work beyond the normal repairs at no extra charge.
Later he replaced the skylight in our shed after damage from the hail storm.  We would call him again.

My roof is a cement tile roof that requires special handling so that the tiles do not break when stepped on.  Our yard has many trees which causes debris buildup in the valleys.  I interviewed several companies to find one experienced with our roof type.  After speaking with several contractors, I felt most comfortable with Ben's approach to repair the roof correctly.  After having this same issue a few years ago, and the problem coming back,  I wanted to find a roofer that was rated highly on Angie's list and also that warranted their work.  
Blue Moon first removed the tiles and metal covering underneath and then installed water and ice shields, reinstalled the metal covering, and then reset the tiles.  This has prevented any further water penetration.   Additionally, his crew cleaned off the debris on the entire roof and removed gutter covers on entire house.  It has rained 3 times since the repair, one very heavy, and no leaks. The crew was very professional and efficient. Ben followed up several time after the rains to make sure his repairs worked.   He asked that I call him if there were any issues.  His response time is A+!!!  His crew was very professional and stayed with the job until completion.  I definitely recommend Blue Moon Roofing.

Our experience with them was great. They did a really good job. There were no additional charges to the $199 big deal we purchased. This was the first time we used them. They were just very professional and polite. They did their job. They let me know exactly what was going on along the way, and I would recommend them to family and friends.

Our carport roof had been severely damaged due to weather over the years
and needed to be replaced. Ben came to our house and inspected the
damage. He went over the roof and toook note of all the detailed items I
mentioned to him. The work was delayed by wet weather, but they came
out and started immediately when weather permitted. The had the old roof
ripped off, replaced several support rafters and had the new roof on in
one day. The next day the crew came back out to do some touch-ups and
clean up. They did a great job on everything. When the painters arrived,
they scraped the old paint and power-washed the area. When it dried,
they immediately began painting. Due to time constraints (on my part)
they even came back out on a Sunday to finish the job! We are very
pleased with the professionalism and flexibility provided. I would
definitely use them again for any type of roofing repairs.

I am very pleased with everything so far.  Money wise, he is a little more.  He gave us some good information on wind turbines and how to go about it.  He gave us better solutions on venting system for the heat so we don't have to spend money that we didn't need to.  He's been very good on communicating.

Blue Moon was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. They did exactly what they promised to do, and then some. They were incredibly easy to schedule with and all work was done well. They were responsive, answered all questions thoroughly, showed up on time and finished in a timely manner. They made the whole process, hard to believe, an enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend them. I dealt with one person, who besides being incredibly nice, also  took care of making sure all the work was completed,  I have only great things to say about them!!
