From start to finish, it was very professional and the door looked great when it was reinstalled!

GENERALLY SPEAKING, I AM HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE PERFORMED. OFFICE MANAGER/RECEPTIONIST WAS NOT OVERLY FRIENDLY. THOUGHT THE SERVICE TECHNICIAN SHOULD HAVE CLEANED UP MY DASH INSTEAD OF LEAVING QUITE A BIT OF DUST/GLASS DEBRIS BEHIND, BUT HE DID GET MY INSPECTION/REGISTRATION STICKERS TRANSFERRED TO THE NEW GLASS WITH OUT ANY PROBLEMS. THEY DID GET MY WINDSHIELD INSTALLED THE DAY AFTER I CALLED, AND WHEN I SHOWED UP 45 MIN. EARLY, WERE ABLE TO START IMMEDIATELY.

THEY WERE TO BE AT MY HOME BEFORE 11AM, THEY CALLED AT 11:15 AND SAID IT WOULD BE BETWEEN 12:00 AND 1:00... CALLED AT 1:15 AND SAID IT WOULD BE SOMETIME TODAY FOR SURE... FINALLY SHOWED UP AT 3:45. THEY HAVE A STEEP CHARGE FOR WHAT THEY DO... IN 5 MINUTES HE WAS DONE... SILICONE AND DRILLED A FEW WEAP HOLES AND THAT WAS IT. I GOT THE FEELING THE GUY WAS MAD BECAUSE I CALLED AND COMPLAINED TO THE OFFICE ABOUT THE SCHEDULE CHANGES. THEY WERE VERY DISRESPECTFUL OF MY TIME (GIVEN THEY DIDN'T SHOW UP WHEN THEY SAID). AND WHERE I THOUGHT I COULD GO BACK TO WORK FOR A HALF DAY, ENDED UP WASTING THE ENTIRE DAY FOR A 15 MINUTE FIX. TIMING, PROMPTNESS AND EXPECTATION SETTING IS EVERY BIT AS IMPORTANT AS THE QUALITY OF THE WORK THEY DO. THIS COMPANY GETS ''F'S'' IN THE RESPONSIVENESS, PROMPTNESS AND PROFESSIONALISM CATEGORIES.
