+ -1 moremovers were scheduled for 9 AM Saturday, 6/8. Delayed until noon, then til 2 and finally had to reschedule for next day. Reset move for Sunday 6/9 at 8 AM and they finally showed up at 11 AM. Movers moved all items and delivered to the new apartment. Mover dropped and broke a 52" Plasma TV unloading it from the truck, they also put a large gash in the top of the coffee table. Repeated attempts to get the TV replaced and table repaired/replaced were unsuccessful. Art and Ron made promises to take care of this, replace the TV, etc. but have not done so and do not return or accept calls from us anymore. Shipped letter to them FEDEX to get a final resolution to this matter and FEDEX returned the package and said they attempted delivery several times but were unsuccessful. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - Things happen, things get broken during moves, etc....but HOW a company handles it says the most about them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

+ -1 moreThey showed up early to load, calling me about 15 minutes prior to their arrival. They loaded everything and beat me to my new apartment. They unloaded and even assembled the few pieces I had to assemble. I couldn't have imagined a smoother move.
Description of Work: These guys were phenomenal! I don't know what was going on in 2011. But they must've had a bad day or are just under new management now. They showed up early, loaded promptly and unloaded without incident!! They even assembled my king bed for me! The price was fair and they did a great job! WTG BigDogMovers.com!!

Description of Work: Made an appoiinemnt for move on Sunday. They did not call or show up and idd not return my call on Sunday when I called to see what ws going on. When I called Monday that had no did not know what happened. Against better judgement I booked a move for Tuesday. They had wrong address and so were an hour late. Charged $90 gas fee that they did not mention.. Did not cover anything like they state in their ad and so there are 2 holes in my $2200 mattress, 2 big chunks out of my $1000 computer desk, and wood floors are scratched. They charged a full hour when only working 15 minutes inot the hour. When we called to request some settlement on the damages we were hung up on the first time saying he was busy and he did not return the call. We called the next day and he was very rude and nasty and said he would try to come out next Tuesday which will be two weeks after the move. Do not use this company. The attitude of the management is the worst of any company I have ever dealt with. I am not betting on a good outcome for the damages given the attitude. I am also going to contact the professioanl association of movers in dallas and texas to file a complaint.

+ -1 moreI would have gladly paid the qouted $375.00 for no damaged furniture. They hurried and things got damaged.
Description of Work: $375.00 single bedroom apartment move within the same complex (complete with elevators with ease of use) turned into $600.00 and 2 damged pieces of furniture.
