Sammy Bickham completed the inspection of our home. He did a very detailed walk thru and examination of the entire house. Sammy took his time and went over his report of findings and recommendations in a manner that I was able to understand and appreciate. Sammy was extreamly professional and preformed a very detailed inspection that left me confident in his report to move forward with the purchase of an older home.

Sammy was recommended by our real estate agent. Very responsive in getting the inspection scheduled. The inspection went smoothly and communication was clear. Sammy pointed out several things that weren't necessarily inspection items but advised us on proper maintenance to limit repair and replacement costs. Price was a bit higher than others but worth it for the professionalism and trustworthiness.

To All I was referred to Bickham Consulting by my realtor. Sammy Bickham is a veteran home inspector and has years of experienceand over 1000 home inspections. He arrived as scheduled and did great job explaining the inspection process and what it covered. He went room by room, taking pictures and putting small stickers on the windows that needed new seals. He spent over 2.0 hours going through the house and examined every aspect of the home. When I got the report the next day, I was amazed by the amount of detail he provided. I now had a complete listing of every defect on the home and had all the ammunition I needed to go back to the seller with my list of repairs. When your spending hundreds of thousands of dollars on a home you want to know the good, the bad and the ugly. Sammy was not only quick to point out the short comings of the property and its defects, he was also very reassuring to let me know all the great points about the house. I would give Sammy Bickham the highest marks for professionalism and expertise. He is a buyer's best friend and a listing agent and sellers nightmare. He left nothing unexamined and put me in the drivers seat when it came to writing an addendum to the contract for all of the repairs. Buying a home can be very stressful. Sammy, was very personable. He sat down with me and discussed and issues that were occuring within the house. He educated me on how to take care of my AC units, furnaces, masonry, hot water heater as well as showing me ways to save money on my heating and air conditioning. Sammy treated me like I was a member of his family and I would definitely use his services again.

I showed up right at he was finishing and he had the report completed. It will be emailed over to the builder the next day and I will also get a copy. Sammy was very professional, thorough and polite. He has been in this line of work for quite some time and came highly recommended to me by my realtor. Would use him again in the future.
