Bickham Consulting, Inc. was founded in 1983 with the simple goal of giving clients accurate, unbiased information to assist them in making real estate buying and selling decisions. Since then, we have been voted by D Magazine readers as one of the top inspection firms in the DFW metroplex. We've inspected over 15,000 properties valued at over $3.0 billion. Every report includes photos and a consultation at the property to review the items listed in the report. We inspect both commercial and residential property. We also offer the Executive Inspection, bringing many different specialists to the property at the time of the inspection, saving both the client and realtor time and money to assist in the purchase decision. As members of the Better Business Bureau, our rating is A+. Sammy Bickham is also a TREC-approved instructor for continuing education.

I was referred to Bickham Consulting by my realtor. Sammy Bickham is a veteran home inspector and has years of experienceand over 1000 home inspections. He arrived as scheduled and did great job explaining the inspection process and what it covered. He went room by room, taking pictures and putting small stickers on the windows that needed new seals. He spent over 2.0 hours going through the house and examined every aspect of the home. When I got the report the next day, I was amazed by the amount of detail he provided. I now had a complete listing of every defect on the home and had all the ammunition I needed to go back to the seller with my list of repairs. When your spending hundreds of thousands of dollars on a home you want to know the good, the bad and the ugly. Sammy was not only quick to point out the short comings of the property and its defects, he was also very reassuring to let me know all the great points about the house.
I would give Sammy Bickham the highest marks for professionalism and expertise. He is a buyer's best friend and a listing agent and sellers nightmare. He left nothing unexamined and put me in the drivers seat when it came to writing an addendum to the contract for all of the repairs.
