He was our savior. He was very nice, he didn't have to help out over the phone and he was a very nice guy.

Perfectly. Thomas arrived right on time, did the work and was gone in under one hour. He was very careful and precise. The cost of service below included the new hardware.

They did an excellent job! They got right to work removing the old hardware and installing the new door knobs, they adjusted everything to ensure a perfect fit, made sure I was satisfied and cleaned up afterwards.

Julian ordered the replacement parts and replaced the lock components on this 11 year old door.  It works better now than it did new.  While there, Julian also tighten front door knob (1940 house) and lubricated all exterior locks. He was very professional, friendly and efficient.

The latching lock on the sliding door stopped working.  Another locksmith said I would have to replace the lock.  Bill from Bee's Keys came and simply adjusted the positions and now it works again.  Bill saved me from spending $$$ on unnecessary replacement.  Ask for Bill?he's good.

Punctual, knowledgeable, clean.  Impressed he described the problem in detail (broken springs) after opening and closing the lock.  Impressed he   picked up every little piece of dirt, some of which was there before he arrived.  Locks work much better after he fixed them.  Reasonable price  Had invoice on a tablet which also took my debit card.  Emailed me a receipt within seconds with a survey to complete.  Would use again.

Scheduling was very easy. Called and they were able to schedule a technician for the next morning. Jeff called en route and arrived at the time scheduled. He was very professional and quickly assessed the situation and made the necessary repairs. Also asked him to look at another deadbolt while he was here. Very prompt and professional service. Lock is working perfectly again.

He is very knowledgable and experienced. You pay by the hour and the guy knew what he was doing and was very quick with the work he did. If I had gone with somebody else the price would have been a lot higher I believe. Overall it was a great experience.

As always - the locksmith was very professional and knowledgeable. The lock set was not an exact fit for to replace our existing set but he made it work. I have used Bee's Keys consistently over the years and have always had great service regardless of weather I am getting keys made in their shop or they are changing out locks in our home. Very reliable and proficient.

Really well initially- the problem was solved. However we do not come in the front door very often because we enter from the garage. My son however uses his key to come in the front door while school is in session and started having trouble opening the front door though we did not pay much attention. During the summer it got worse and finally in June I could not enter with a key. I called Bee's and asked them to come out again and have a look. That is when they told me it would cost me the $65 service call plus whatever time they spent at $80 per hour to have a look. They do not guarantee their work. Even a waiver of the service call out charge or something would have kept me in the fold but nope - 30 days was what she said was the warrenty. Sorry but it is a lousy company that will not back up their service or product. Oh and they said the earlist they could come was in 6 days. My lock which lasted for years was replaced with one that didn't even last 6 months.
BTW looking back at my bill I saw that they charged for 1 hr when the guy was in and gone in 30 minutes so I would time them and look carefully at your bill. Oh and you have to set aside your whole morning or afternoon.
Response from Bee's Keys
"We do have a 30 day warranty on our labor simply because if there is going to be an issue that is labor related, it is generally going to happen within the first 30 days. We do on a case by case basis extend that warranty, but we simply cannot honor a possible warranty claim that is six months old. Most of the calls that come in after an extended amount of time are from the shifting of the house, especially from the winter to the summer as the ground shrinks. Since they noticed the problem progressively getting worse, this to me indicates that the issue was more than likely from the shifting of the house. The customer arranged for us to come over and look at the lock, and if it was a simply strike adjustment , we would have gladly handled their problem as a warranty call. We made several attempts to contact the customer on the day of her appointment and went by her home to do our best to resolve the problem, but there was no answer on the phone or at the door."

We needed to get our locks rekeyed at the house we just moved in to, so I called Bee's Keys and Julian was out the next day. He's the nicest guy, got the locks taken care of in no time at all, made new keys for the locks and was on his way without leaving a trace. We have shiny chrome locks and there wasn't even a fingerprint to be found after he left. The new locks work great, even better than the originals. I'll definitely call them again if I need a locksmith!

Was shopping for a Fort Knox safe and was referred to them from the Fort Knox Website.I drove to the store to see what they had.  The Salesman showed me a beautiful green safe that was discounted around $600.00, he told me it was discounted because it was last years model.  I SPECIFICALLY asked him if there was any damage to the safe and he assured me there wasn?t.  I could not see the sides of the safe because it was set beside two other items (I can?t remember if they were safes).  There was  also had a little light on the keypad, i later found out this an accessory Fort knox has for sale.  After getting a quote for delivery, I told him I would buy the safe.  Shipping was not included.  After about a week the delivery guys called me to schedule the delivery.  When the safe arrived at my new house the delivery guys pointed out a huge gash in the side of the safe.  The bad thing was it was the side of the safe that was exposed and very visible in our home office.  He immediately called Bees Keys and told them about it.  They told the delivery guys they would have some touch up paint sent and if that didn?t work they would have it fixed. The delivery guys were first class and true professionals.  The touch up pint arrived about 3 days later.  I used it to touch up the gash, but it didn?t look very good so I called the store.  I informed the Salesman that I didn't think it looked good and could he please send a professional to repair the gash.  He told me the delivery guy could probably do it for a charge.  I told him I expected them to pay for it.  i think this threw him off, because he immediately put me on hold.  When he came back on the phone I felt he had a very sarcastic and rude attitude.  He said he would attempt to fix it and warned me he had never done it so don?t expect a good job. I was very concerned not only with his attitude but also his warning not to expect much.  I got off the phone and called Fort Knox to see if they knew a professional in the area that could do the job.  They said they would call me back, they never did.  The salesman did come over the next Monday as promised and attempt to fix the safe.  I was at work but my mother-in-law said he worked hard and was polite .  The problem was he actually made the gash look worst then it was originally.  I sent and email and called requesting to speak to the owner, he never contacted me.  I finally decided to give up and called Fort knox back to request one of their company logo stickers to cover the gash.  The were very nice and said they would send one of them out immediately.  The one thing that really torqued me was the Fort Knox representative told me Bees Keys told them that they sold me the safe as a scratch and dent.  That is a complete an utter un-truth, it was sold as a clearance (last years) model, I specifically asked the salesman if there was any damage and was told there was not.  On a side note the light on the keypad was removed when it arrived, even though I was told I was buying the safe as is on the floor. I did not press that issue because I was more concerned with the gash. Not a happy customer?.
Response from Bee's Keys
"This gentleman bought a safe as- is at a discounted rate, and was told that it has some scratches on it. He did not take the time to look over the safe or inquire further of the scratches. The gentleman had the safe delivered and tried to repair one of the scratches himself, which he made severely worse. He called us angry and wanted us to come repair the damage he had done to the safe by attempting to make a repair. We told him that we could try to repair what he had done, but were unsure how it would look, since he had made the area larger and much more difficult to repair. We went out to his house and did the best repair possible to the area he had attempted to repair. He called back and was still unhappy, and we offered to have a professional go to his home and repair the damage he had caused, but he refused. We made every attempt to resolve the issue with this gentleman to no avail."
