Description of Work: Bedrock Lending has been a great Mortgage Company to work with! A few years ago I purchased a second home in Austin, TX and Bedrock Lending offered a very good rate and closed my purchase on tine and hassle free. They were ALWAYS available and more importantly, KNOWLEDGABLE AND TRUSTWORTHY! Something other companies dont offer. I just compketed a refinance with No Closing Cost! Cant say too many great things about them.

 + -1 moreBedrock Lending did a great job and offered a no closing cost loan at a rate that beat my local Bank that was charging thousands in fees! Very Professional..These guys know what they are doing. and were ALWAYS available even after hours and weekends with questions /updates. Was a little afraid of dealing with an online lender at first but they came through 100
Description of Work: Refinanced my existing Mortgage and didnt pay a dime in closing cost! They covered Appraisal, Tile, and lender fees.
