Art work picked up at my house, while transporting 1 of the 3 had a sizeable hole knocked in the frame. Was not advised during 2 conversations of the problem, In the opening of the frame was stuffed and returned with CARDBOARD. Original pieces of frame were discarded. Not mentioned until art work was being picked up by family member to come home. They charged $60.00 for their pick up fee, plus several hundred dollars for their work. No adjustment for the damage to the Vasarely print frame. The work done did not include a frame,just preparing 2 prints. Insurance co settled claim.

Art work (3 Pieces) picked up at residence by Beaux Arts manager. Vasarely picture frame was damaged while in their care (chuck knocked out) instead of repairing or putting original piece back in--stuffed CARDBOARD, and said the original piece had been thrown out. Charged $60.00 for one way (disaster)transportation and several hundred dollars for other art work. No allowance was made for their carelessness. Cannot recommend.
