Billy Boone (Bbgh Enterprises LLC / BBE Remodeling LLC) is one person army team. He picks big projects by telling all required stories. Once he secures the project, he makes the owners pay 10 to 25% of the project cost upfront. Before that, he will give fake references and documents to prove he is a genuine contractor. He sub-contract all the work and engaged his drug edict brother to manage the work. The worst part of working with Bill is communication. He responds to texts/calls/emails only when he needs money. Inferior quality work due to third party and no transmission, no ownership. Once he gets the money, he demands more money; if not, he threatens to quit doing the job that second. In my case, he collected $20K (66% of the project cost) and completed 21% of the work committed. Cost me 16 weeks (8 weeks project timeline) to achieve 21% of the committed work. I waited 16 weeks for Bill to complete the remodeling project and ended up with 21% of committed work and lost the money and time. On top of all these, his subcontractors broke the water line in the home foundation and cost me a $300 extra water bill. My advice to you: Never pay a single $ to any contractor until you see the results. Never hire a storyteller, lier, and bluff master like Bill Boone.

Horrible!!!!

didn't finish the job. would not answer texts or phone calls. would look me in the eye and tell me when he would be at the house to work and did not show up. his workers left a mess in every room and even in the front yard. very disappointed that I now have three rooms that are not finished.

He did simple plumbing, floor tile, painting, all fixtures, a new vanity, granite countertop, and backsplash. The quality of the work was excellent. The bigger companies wouldn't take it and he did. He did a good job and the price was really good compared to other estimates.
