QUICKEN LOANS WAS THE BEST MORTGAGE COMPANY WE HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. THEY WERE EXTREMELY RESPONSIVE, COMMUNICATED WITH US EVERY STEP OF THE WAY, AND TRULY TRIED TO GET US THE BEST RATE WITH THE LEAST AMOUNT OF UP FRONT COST. WE EVEN DID OUR FINAL SETTLEMENT AT OUR HOME INSTEAD OF GOING TO A TITLE COMPANY. GREAT CONVENIENCE.
