Our AC unit broke in Dallas in August 2023. B&B came in the morning to see if they could fix the unit or if it was dead. They tried to fix it first but because it was so old it had to be replaced. I got quotes from multiple different vendors and B&B was the most reasonable out of all of them. The came in the next day and had it running mid afternoon. They provided a fair rate and excellent service. I recommend them.

B&B came to our house on a Saturday evening when we began noticing that our air wasn't as cold as it should be. They were here promptly--and got the job done quickly at a good price--and even provided a cleaning at no charge. Taylor and Richard were both very professional and helpful--and we are delighted to have our AC up and running again so quickly! It's too hot in Dallas in July not to have good AC service people. We will use B&B again for regular maintenance and whenever we need excellent and quick AC service. A+

My sister recently had her AC unit fail. After calling several companies and being told that the entire system had to be replaced, she called Band B. They came out within the hour, found a way to replace just the parts that were bad (even finding the original cause of the failure) and were able to replace it at a very reasonable price the VERY NEXT DAY!! Given that the AC had been down almost a week and it was an especially hot time in Texas - that was AWESOME!! The sales guys were knowledgable, polite and helpful. The service/install guys were polite, very helpful and done in about 2 hours.

They treat you as if they respect you. They charge a fair rate. They do what they say they are going to do and when they are going to do it. It's just the way they talk to you and provide customer service to you is all in a manner or respect and it's good customer service. They will also give you an idea when they will be coming to your house. They will put plastic boots on their shoes so they don't risk tracking into your house. They clean up after themselves. I've had other people come over to my house and they're kinda like pigs. They come and they do their work and then they leave their mess like left over pieces of their project.

Band B called in the morning to confirm appointment. I let them know that earlier was better because we had to leave later in the day. They moved their schedule around to accommodate. David was the technician and he was very friendly, courteous, and professional. After examining my systems they found a problem, left a quote for repairs, and after leaving a phone number to call with questions they left.
I liked the fact that there was no high pressure sales to fix my systems and that they expected me to get a quote from another provider.
They are doing a great job building trust and long term customers.

David is very nice. To receive a technician within 1 hour of calling and the repair within 1.5 hours is efficiency at it's best. I used B&B in 2005 to install the AC unit and I would use them again. David also checked the freon level during the call, which I'd forgotten to ask for. Overall, this was an excellent service call.

Their quote for the copper piping was around $2300.00, and it was very disappointing that the wrong diagnosis was given.

Our air conditioning went out over a weekend. We called five different A/C companies in the Yellow Pages-each stated they were available 24/7. We either got an answering machine with the message that they would check it frequently and call back or talked to the answering service who said the company would call RIGHT back and have somebody out that evening. NOBODY but B and B responded-including the company we had used for fifteen years. The gentleman came out very promptly. He was nice as can be, and he gave us his cell phone number to call any time if anything came up. We have called him directly and he came out again within hours. They are fabulous. Courteous, quick, and knowledgeable-with all needed items on his truck. What more can you ask for?
