In 1995, we began to install high-end theater and entertainment rooms, security cameras and whole-house, zoned sound systems.  We went through several contractors before we discovered Jeff Sebert and AV-USA.  Our first job together in 2000 was with a particularly demanding client who had extensive knowledge of his own AV needs and was looking to upgrade to newer and better technology.  He put us to the test with his own input and requests.  And Jeff handled this entire project from beginning to end as a true professional, with thorough product knowledge and outstanding customer service that has led to multiple referrals for our company to design and install home theater rooms.  We value our subcontractors at McNeill Renovation Company - they are essentially representatives of our company - and no other contractor has a higher standard of integrity, customer relations and attention to detail than Jeff and AV-USA.
