Jeff was fabulous. Quick and accurate analysis of the problem and good explanation of the process of getting the parts and actually doing the repair. Loved the idea that Jeff did the diagnosis and Jeff was also the one who came back a week later and did the repair work. He was very efficient and professional!

The work has not been completed because the Ice maker still does not work. They took my money without completing the work. They have to return my money or complete the work that was done unacceptable.
