They did an excellent job. I even had some shingles blow off from the wind, and they came back and corrected the issue at no charge. The warranty work has been great with them. That's the thing I think they did best which was to come back to do service after the sale. I really appreciated that follow up. They are a very good company.

I had 3 or 4 blown off shingles at the apex of the roof, pitch 6/12 so not terrible. Some other shingles had lost their adhesive from constant rain and wind. I panicked and called using the best contractor list that we get twice a year in the mail (bad idea)
The roofer showed up on time, nice young guy, he informed me that the charge would be $350 and that it would take 30 minutes, I was really shocked at the price, and he had to call his manager to get me a better price. The manager said they would knocked it down $50, but they would not inspect the rest of the roof or glue anything else beside the reported shingles. I agreed even I was convinced it was way too much.
The roofer was done in 20 minutes, and the shingles looked like a match. By the time the roofer left, the builder's roofer returned my call and offered to do the same work for $150....

It was wonderful. The price was within the normal for a roof replacement. They were attentive, on schedule and did a good cleanup.

Our rep, Tom Herman, was very professional and respectful of our preferences and constraints.  He was there from quote to completion.  He found things the insurance company had not and had them covered by them.  The crew that installed the roof was very efficient and took great care to protect our plants and outdoor furniture.  They completed the work in a day and had it all cleaned up.  We have a dog so that a primary concern.  They were just as efficient after putting the roof back together after the AC puncture was fixed.  The verification process was very thorough and some minor adjustments were made.  We received our certification from the shingle manufacturer without and hick-ups.

Aspenmark was one of the roofing contractors recommended by our homeowner's insurer. Our roof, damaged by hail, was replaced in a timely manner and included cutting in peak vents and fabricating in installing new chimney caps (2).

There is nothing that could have been improved upon.  The process of dealing with insurance and the actual roof replacement was explained thoroughly.  The estimate was explained in detail.  The communication was always good/prompt.  The actual service was fast and professional.  The workmanship was great.  Clean up ... They left the yard better than they found it.

Very easy from beginning to end - they did our entire home in one day and made sure all of the other vendors finished their projects in a timely fashion. I am very impressed!

Estimate on entire roof replacement on 43 year old home I just purchased which had some leaking evident by a tarp over a portion of the roof covering the garage at time of purchase. I worked with Aspenmark first from a positive referral from my insurance agent who has used them for years now.
Entire roof re-shingle estimate was highest of 3 estimates I got, but referral from a trusted source and customer service I got was top notch. Due to cost, I asked for a repair estimate only. I was then very pleased as their repair estimate was the cheapest of the 3 repair estimates I got , not by much, but indeed the least expensive of them all.
Since I already felt good about this company, getting a very fair priced estimate resulting in me hiring them for the work. The work was performed quickly after I signed the estimate, the workers were timely and showed me what they were doing, explaining their process then completing it in a timely manner.

It went beautifully and I wish I had gone with them for my roofing. I chose another roofer whose recommendations for replacing my roof matched what I had in mind. However, the roofing company I chose turned out to be an administrative nightmare. Looking back on it I realize that Aspenmark (my runner up by a nose) was more efficient and had everything in well-summed up, informative packages. I'm sure they would have done what I wanted without a problem, if I'd only talked to them about it.

Aspenmark was one of the many roofers out in our neighborhood the day after a really bad hail and wind storm.  Many homes had extensive roof damage and required temporary patching until insurance adjustors could arrive.  Unlike most of the other roofers circulating, Aspenmark agreed to patch my roof without requiring me to pay anything or sign a contract.  They just asked that I allow them to be on-site when my insurance adjuster arrived.

The insurance process took a few weeks, but Aspenmark helped me understand the process and assisted with filing a supplement request to the original insurance estimate to cover shingle cost increases.  Once authorized, Aspenmark performed the work as promised and did high-quality work.

After an adjuster from our insurance (USAA) completed his survey, he said one of two roofers would be assigned the claim. We didn't have to use them, but USAA recommended them and worked closely with them. We checked and both companies had good Angie's List ratings. I got a phone call from Jerod, sales manager for Aspenmark, who made an appointment to come by and talk. He checked the roof, went over the insurance company estimate, and we talked about his company's record. My wife and I elected to go with the company, based on their record and the implied USAA recommendation. Jerod brought sample shingles by, we made a choice and signed a work order.

The work was initially scheduled for a Thursday and Friday. No workmen on Thursday. I called mid-morning and they'd been held up. But they could start on Friday and finish on Monday. I asked them to do it Monday and Tuesday, and they agreed. Materials were delivered to our back driveway on Sunday--and again on Monday AM (The driver with the extras was persuaded to take them back). A crew showed up Monday AM and began working. I looked for a project manager or supervisor--none. The workmen were nice, seemed to know what they were doing (although my Spanish is only rudimentary, and I was never sure we were on the same wavelength), but I was concerned, for example, about the placement of our wind turbines, and no one seemed sure of the details. Besides which, they hadn't delivered enough of the turbines.

About ten hours after the project began, after several phone calls to Jerod, the project manager, Corey, showed up. Of course, he sat in his car at the curb with the a/c running, talking on his phone, and I didn't even know he was there until a couple of hours had passed.  Continued miscommunication with the workers, and Corey stayed on his cell phone--saying he was trying to getting things straightened out (like their sending two different colors of wind turbines).

The men worked until almost dark, and after I requested it they swept the driveway so we could safely put our cars in the garage. They returned the next AM and went to work. Corey said he'd be there early. He came two hours after they started work, and again sat in his car, a/c going, and this time with a sun shade over the window to protect from the sun! One worker chopped the hole for the wind turbine right over a structural support beam in the attic, and I had to get Corey out of his car to check on it. He made a call and said, "It's okay."

The workers cleaned things up well and left. We had a serviceman come out to re-adjust our satellite dish (which they ahd removed). Four hours later, after he replaced a sensitive part that was damaged when they left the dish dangling against the side of the house overnight, we had reception. By then another worker had shown up with the last two wind turbines (right color), installed them, and after a few phone calls hauled off the excess material.

I'd had trouble seeing any supervisor around the job, but just a few hours after it was complete, Corey showed up for payment. I'd asked four or five times for a breakdown of how my deductible could be handled, and was always told that Corey would have those details. He knew nothing. I called the office and worked out details, putting the balance on my VISA.

Did they do a good job? The finished roof looks great. Did I feel like I had to be constantly aware of what was going on for a day and a half? Absolutely. Do I think Jerod was a salesman and Corey's main job was to collect? Seems like it. Would I use them again? Probably not.

Quality of roof repair was great.  Scheduling was difficult due to their busy schedule and weather; often had no idea what day they would be arriving.   Entire project lasted 4-5 days, spanning a total 3 week period.
