ASAP Appliance Service

Technician didn’t even look over machine he tried to plug it in and the beaker flipped so he determined I needed an electrician for my plug and new circuit boards for my washer totaling around $700… he charged me $75 for nothing! My son goes out to look at machine and there were a couple damaged wires that he repaired and now the machine works again

What A JOKE I would haul my Stuff out to the street before I would use this place again it took longer to fix there mess than if I would done the repair my self I want to think them for not showing up three times to fix their mistake

The gentleman that showed up was very precise. He even worked with our home warranty people to explain what was going on to allow us to recover some of the repair costs. He explained what he was doing, and how to clean the unit in the past. Who knew you needed to clean inside your dryer once a year.

Great. They need an A plus.

They did an excellent job repairing what needed to be repaired. They responded within a couple of days to fix my refrigerator that went out. They did a great job fixing it, which I was grateful for.

Not only did they not fix the problem with the dishwasher door (he could
not get it out from the counter) he messed up the door even more.
The
springs in the dishwasher door needed to be replaced.  After trying
unsuccessfully to pull out the dishwasher he finally gave up.  He
charged 100 dollars and now the dishwasher door doesn't lock any more.

It was much more expensive than I anticipated.  And it took a few days for him to return.  Though, I realize that that may have been unavoidable.  Other than that, no complaints.

They did a good job.  They were great.  I called on a Saturday and they had someone out that day even though their schedule was full.  They worked with me for the fact that I bought the parts and they fixed it for me.  I don’t know what kind of profit they would have made if they had got the parts themselves. 

I really like them. I spent $84 on that work. I had used them earlier to fix my oven as well. They were great. They are fast, nice and had the part on them and can come out almost immediately. They are knowledgeable, they are fast with the work, professional and their prices are good.

The serviceman was very polite, friendly and knew what the problem was. I was happy with the price they charged. Once a customer they keep a file what kind of appliances you have to bring the right parts the first time.

ASAP is so great because if I ever have anything go wrong with an appliances, they more often than not always have the part with them which prevents me from having another visit to schedule in at a later point in time. They are dependable and price wise, I am never looking at a bad deal either. I love them.

The next load of wash, did not have brown streaks, but brown dots in the exact shape of the dryer holes. Apparently, he left the remnants of the old felt liner in the dryer and they came out onto our wash and ruined an entire load of laundry. He came back and vacuumed out the excess felt. The next load of laundry, the same brown streaks larger and darker coming out of the washer. It had ruined another load of whites the original problem had gotten worse and they were supposed to guarantee their work. They said they would not honor the guarantee because I had told them to repair the dryer, when that was not the case, I told them I had brown streaks and I thought it could be the dryer. I showed the technician the streaks and he said it was the dryer. He repaired the wrong appliance and made it worse, ruining over $200 in towels and clothing. I demanded they repair the washer, which was the problem in the first place. He looked at the washer and said he couldn't repair it.

He did very well.

THEY TOOK THE DRYER APART PUT IN NEW PULLEYS AND BELTS. CLEANED UP. DID A GREAT JOB. WOULD RECOMMEND THEM

Asmy, the appliance repair technician for ASAP Appliance Service, was on time, was very polite, answered all of my questions with competent informative answers and did his job quietly and efficiently. I have used ASAP twice before, for repair and maintenance of my 1940's O'Keeffe and Merritt stove. Givi, the technician who has come both times to work on my stove is also very courteous, punctual and cordial, answering all my questions with grace. I am very happy with the prompt scheduling and punctual service I continue to receive from ASAP Appliance Service.

DIDN'T DO WHAT WAS NEEDED. THIS COMPANY IS A BUNCH OF RIP OFFS.

REPAIRED MY REFRIGERATOR AND THEY DID A GOOD JOB AND THEY DID IT IN A TIMELY MANNER. THE REPAIRMAN DID NOT HAVE A PART HE NEEDED SO HE HAD TO MAKE A SPECIAL TRIP TO GO GET IT. SO I DIDN'T HAVE TO WAIT.

I HAVE USED A.S.A.P. APPLIANCE REPAIR SERVICES FOR A LONG TIME. THEY ALWAYS GET THE JOB TAKEN CARE OF.
