A mess. Casey told me the shades would be ready in about six weeks. It was more like 3 months. She had spurned my selection of lining and the shades had to be relined because the light came through. Several of the shades did not fit the windows and had to be remade. Most are now too short and too narrow. The installer was hostile and quite nasty. I refused to have him back in the house and put the shades up myself. Casey had also made a commitment to me about the placement of the fabric pattern on the shades, which she did not keep.
