Arthur Gonzales

I saw Arthur's advertisement in a local community paper and decided to give him a call.  He returned my phone call later that day and we discussed what I was needing.  He came out to the house and my spouse and I showed him our problem areas in our bathroom and kitchen.  He gave us a written estimate, informed us when he could start, and we proceeded to use his services.  Arthur was very professional, experienced, hard working and on time.  He worked with our schedules, including staying late one weekday evening, since we weren't going to be available to give him access to the home for a full Saturday.  He finished up on a Sunday.  He had all of the necessary tools and materials, and he treated our home with respect while he was there working.  Professionalism on the caliber that Arthur exhibited is something I've rarely seen - I'd hire him again.
