Just right the first rain after the roof was put on, we had some leaks. Leaks around the fire places and from the skylight, and then a wind come up, a strong wind, some of the shingles was blew out. they came and fixed it , but it was a new roof it was not supposed to leak. Just 2 months ago we had a hail storm, and shingles on the middle of the roof was blew out and they dint want to take responsibilities for that.

The crew happened to be completing a job in the neighborhood so they came out the same day. I was not expecting this, but was incredibly pleased to see them. I had contacted 11 different roofing companies and this was only one of two that responded. He quoted me a very fair price as compared to the other company that came out. And he sealed both inside and outside aroudn the vent. I have a fairly steep roof, but they were able to figure it out anyway and did a great job.

People were friendly. Roof looks good. Clean up was terrible. Tar or oil splattered on house and on driveway. Big two foot oil stain on walkway. Roof debris all over flower beds. Looks like they swept it off the driveway and onto the landscaping. Why not sweep it into a dustpan and throw it away???

"Mr. [Member Name Removed] we do apologize for the oil spot and the debris in your bushes. We will definitely make sure our crews are made aware. Roofing is messy but clean up it very important. With that being said, I only think it is fair to point out that after learning about the oil spill we did have someone out there that same day. Unfortunately, it seems the oil spot did not come out but had we known we would have tried something else. We finished the roof on Friday and this review was posted on Saturday with all of us at Arrington Roofing unaware of these issues and I can tell you we would have taken care of them. Also, we notice the "C" rating for price. After speaking with Randy he reminded me that he was able to direct you to call your insurance company to file a claim thus saving you a large out of pocket expense for a re-roof. Our price for this roof was a fair price and in line with what the insurance company paid. I hope you will see the value in hiring Arrington Roofing who will stand behind this roof for 10 years. We sincerely wish you would have allowed us to complete the job prior to writing this review. Our job is not complete until we have done everything we know to do to satisfy or clients. The service was fantastic. They were professional, prompt, efficient as well as courteous with our home during their work. They were incredibly knowledgeable and informative in their explanations involving the cost and construction. They were very quick in their replacement of the roof and the cleanup made it appear as if they were never there. Their customer interaction is also worthy of praise, they kept me informed with photographs to assure that work had started in case it was not convenient for me to check on them myself. I highly recommend them.

There were a couple of delays of short duration in getting materials delivered and arranging for the gutter replacement, but overall I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly the whole transaction was arranged and completed.

My experience with Arrington Roofing was wonderful!
They were professional, prompt, courteous,dependable and always kept the work site immaculate. They exceeded my expectations in the amount of time it took to completely replace and upgade the roof and repair and paint the kitchen ceiling. I highly recommend Arrington for any roofing project, large or small and I am extremely pleased with the completed project.

Overall all I was extremely pleased with everyone from the company I worked with and would have given them an overall score of an A had they ever responded to the 6 phone calls in the past 4 months to turn around one of the soffit vents that was installed in the wrong direction. Other than that, they were very very professional and prompt. They worked with my insurance (it was a hail damage claim) making the claim easy for me. The quote was on a Friday and the crew was there to do the job Monday. Cleanup in my front lawn was meticulous though I am still occasionally finding nails in my back yard landscaping where it was impossible for them to run a magnet. Chris Arrington himself was active throughout the process and I really appreciated his role in the job.

"Thank you for the kind rating! We do apologize for the 8 X 16 Soffit Vent that was mounted backwards. There was miscommuncation from a subcontractor as to whether it had been repaired. As soon as we knew that the subcontractor had in fact not returned to the jobsite and fixed the problem, we tried to respond promptly. Please excuse the delay and the inconvenience."

They are a local company. The estimator was on time. He took all the time to explain things. I went with them for their new technology too. Their estimate was pricey compared to others. They completed the work in a day which was amazing. They did both the house and the garage which were two separate buildings. You could not tell they were there. They had to come back as they did not put the roofing on the garage. They came back and did the work on the weekend. I also had them work with the gutters as I had a special type of vents put on the house. They did very well on that too. They have access to people who are specialized in different areas. They cleaned after themselves. They did it very well. I was not there when they did the work but they did a good work without any supervision. They called to follow up to make sure everything was done right. I got a second follow up call from them to see if I was happy with their work. The price was good. I would definitely recommend them.
