I REMOVED DEADBOLT LOCK FROM MY FRONT DOOR AND TOOK IT IN. THE FEMALE EMPLOYEE FIXED IT AND EVEN CALLED ME 20 MINUTES LATER TO TELL ME IT WAS READY TO PICK UP. SHE DIDN'T EVEN CHARGE ME FOR THE REPAIR, SAYING IT WAS VERY EASY. SHE ONLY CHARGED ME $3.00 FOR THE DUPLICATE KEY SHE MADE. VERY NICE AND VERY PROFESSIONAL.
