The price was fair and reasonable.  He was prompt.  I had thought that I had to replace the whole thing for $500, but he was able to repair it.  He did that for $175 and saved me a lot of money.  He’s also a master plumber.  I bought the faucets for the kitchen sink and he replaced that as well.  He was originally going to charge me $125, but he charged me $100 plus the parts which was $106.  In total, it was $206 for the downstairs and $175 for upstairs.  He's knowledgeable and comes across as somebody that is pretty fast.  He got here at 11:30 and he was done by 1pm.  He was really fast.  I was very happy with him.  I’ve used him in the past and would definitely use him in the future.  I’d had only one quote from another company and it was going to be $2500 and he came and did the job for $1800 in January.  It was really great.  The only bad thing about it was that he told me that I would have to dig a trench as it was better than trying to avoid anything so that he could possibly cut into my PVC pipe if it’s a sprinkler.  I agreed to it and it was a lot cheaper to do that.  He got that done in half a day.  His crew had to dig the trench.  I thought it was going to be a 2 days job and it ended up being a one day job.  I had one other thing that happened and I had a company in from out of town and they noticed a leak in my ceiling.  It was upstairs and from the bathroom.  He was able to do it without getting into the ceiling at $175.  It was a Christmas Eve and to get somebody over here was very difficult.  There was just no one and I thought that I was going to be stuck with it, but he came and got it done.  I’ve had 3 very good experiences with him in a short period of time.           

Mr. Maker was very nice to work with. He was punctual and honest. Will use again if needed and recommend to others.
