They showed up when they said they would. the only complaint I have is the Customer Service at the end. I had to ask for information on maintenance and warranty after they were asking me for final payment. I felt this should have been given without my having to ask for it.

From the first visit by Mr Carrasco to plan my deck, to the finished product, I have nothing but praise for him, his associates & his crews! They all conducted their separate tasks with kindness, cheerfulness and professional adeptness! I would say they were ‘over the top’! I give them a 10

Great product and great craftsmanship. Communication was a challenge in the beginning but got much better once the project was underway. Cost was a bit on the high side based on other quotes however the quality is superb

Hard workers dedicated to the job. Make sure to communicate your goals for the project and expectations fully before they start. I did not want 90% screen on my screened in patio, but this is what was used. (now very dark inside screened patio part and hard to see out to my beautiful yard.)
