We pride ourselves on our custom designs and intricate attention to detail. We are committed to providing complete customer satisfaction. Our team of experts is determined to provide the highest quality service as we know your home is one of your most prized assets. Arbors and Patios specialize in the outdoor living design and interior remodeling. We serve both RESIDENTIAL & COMMERCIAL and operate in Dallas and the surrounding area. We are insured and are members of the Greater Dallas Better Business Bureau, NARI association, and are ICPI certified. We assure this by using only highly trained and experienced trim carpenters, masons, and concrete technicians. Each project will be under the direct supervision of a project manager and direct communication daily till the project is complete.

They showed up when they said they would. the only complaint I have is the Customer Service at the end. I had to ask for information on maintenance and warranty after they were asking me for final payment. I felt this should have been given without my having to ask for it.

Great product and great craftsmanship. Communication was a challenge in the beginning but got much better once the project was underway. Cost was a bit on the high side based on other quotes however the quality is superb

Hard workers dedicated to the job. Make sure to communicate your goals for the project and expectations fully before they start. I did not want 90% screen on my screened in patio, but this is what was used. (now very dark inside screened patio part and hard to see out to my beautiful yard.)
