Overall experience is great, they walk you through the process, their on time, the quality of the work, he probably doesn't have to come out for another year or two maybe even longer like with the other company is like okay they clean it and I could still see stains and stuff like that.

The process went flawlessly. Talked to the office, to schedule a consultation. The tech came out almost to the minute of the scheduled time. ( I hate to admit I forgot his name.) He walked through the process he was going to use to clean the rug. Explained some features regarding how the rug was made. Along with some does, and don'ts as far as care goes. The bottom line is, they did exactly what was needed. Cleaned the rug, and more importantly removed the order. Maybe a little bit on the pricey side. That being said everything was as promised, and more importantly the housed doesn't smell like an old dog. As the saying goes... you get what you pay for. In this case money well spent. I plan on having Aqualux stop by every 6 months to maintain the rug.

My experience with this contractor was good and he was willing to work with me on the price I would pay him for the service he provided. He told me if I was willing to tear the carpet up myself he would be able to work with me on the lowering of the price. Even though he told me to do the carpet removal myself, he still came 30 minutes before he said he would and helped me with the carpet removal. He came daily and inspected the house and he was just a great guy. Now he just comes and clean my carpet once every six weeks. Whenever it starts getting dirty, we call him in. He also did some upholstery cleaning, he cleaned a sofa and a mattress for us as well. He has reasonable pricing and is probably the best I have used so far. He gives really good service.

Didn't find this company from Angie's list, but through a friend. Recently had water damage in my home. I called up Aqualux to help me get it out of the house. I had no idea what to do and needed a cost effective way to do it. They were up front with me and told me that they could help me out. After talking to him about my situation he said I could save some money by basically pulling the floors out myself (which I had already offered in advanced). I did so, however, they even helped me take some of it out by the time he got there. When Richard came out I was relieved as he kept me calm through the whole ordeal and walked me step by step on what needed to be done. He came to my home daily to check on the situation of our home for mold and as well as sprayed some chemicals.

Aqualux's service is hands down excellent! From when I first called to get more information, the individual I was talking to was more then helpful to explain anything I was a little fuzzy on. They were not "pushy"/rude salespeople. The main reason I am writing this review is because of the difficult state of my carpets. I have 3 dogs, and they have continued to make many accidents on my nice carpet, and the stains and odor have gotten worse. I showed the Aqualux technician the areas that needed the most cleaning (not that he couldn't see for himself). I was completely shocked when I saw my newly cleaned carpets. The urine stains were gone, and surprisingly so was nasty odor. I'm very thankful for the Aqualux experience, and plan on using them before my son's graduation party!

We contacted them just by doing a search on Google. Had 2 rooms with some pet stains that needed to be cleaned. Relatively minor, as we've only been in the house 2 months. Their price seemed reasonable and we were sold over the phone about their specializing in pet stain and odor removal and the extra chemicals they use and have to charge for.

They were on time, professional and the tech seemed knowledgeable and got right to work. He was quick and no issues with the service. A day or two later we noticed that while the stains were completely removed, in one room there is still an ammonia odor that remains. Not near as bad as it was, but definitely noticeable. If your specialty is pet odor removal, you'd think it would actually get removed. Not a poor job, and i'd probably call them again next time. Just hoped since that was their niche that it wouldn't have left any odor.
