I was very please with the technician’s explanation of why my stove wasn’t working. He was very apologetic about having to wait on a part. Overall I was pleased and decided to wait, because the best option was fix it and save money.

They diagnosed my oven's issue immediately, quoted me a price, got the parts and had it fixed within a couple hours. They are very knowledgeable about all appliances, and they will tell you if you do or do not need to repair something. I've even had them tell me of a cheap fix that I could do myself, which really earns them my business for when I have a real problem.

Yashua showed up (early!) on the same day complete with mask and shoe covers. Had the problem diagnosed and fixed within 90 minutes. He even explained to me how the settings on my smart thermostat were inefficient for the summer.

Michael called to let me know he was on the way, he showed up at the agreed time, he checked the units for gas leaks,carbon monoxide leaks,he changed thevfilters.an let me know to keep the Christmas ornaments away from the unit. He also checked for openings,or cracks in the heat exchangers.

Used this service for my rental property as I live in another state and wanted a dependable company. The technicians rarely returned service calls. Had to call them over and over. Sometimes sounded as if I had woke them out of bed. Technicians sold me a $300.00 maintenance agreement that sounded like a good deal for future repairs. Found out that all they do is come look at the units at the beginning of each season and then charge you again if any little thing needs repaired. When I called the owner to ask for clarification of the agreement, he was extremely rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. After interrupting me over and over and yelling at me, he told me I was cheapest woman he had ever talked to and hung up on me!

They said I had to have some new coils installed which cost near $2,000. This didn?t work and so they came out again and said it was something else that cost a $400 They fixed that and it still didn't work. This kept happening until they just stopped coming out. They would say they would come out to fix the issues and they would make excuses and would say they couldn't do it. They were very nice and nobody was ever rude but they just were unable to fix the problem I was having.
