It was a wonderful experience. The thing that sold me on it was the fact that the interaction with the store personnel in the store is incredible. They were very personable and friendly. They answered all my questions. There was no pressure at all. They explained everything to me and it really sold me on buying one. They have a one on one service that they offer if you have any questions or problems with your computer. You can come and take lessons. I've had such bad luck with my other computers that I was willing to pay more for the reputation that Macs have. I purchased a desktop. I will definitely shop there again.
