Due to the shelter in place order I couldn’t find any movers to move my 2 bedroom apartment. I called last minute and Juan was so helpful, and didn’t hesitate to schedule my move pretty quickly. The moving crew was on time, very professional and skillful. They moved my furniture carefully and even asked how I wanted my living room set up. I can’t say enough good things about this local family owned company.

I contacted this company from an advertisement they had on Craigslist for $45.00 move special per hour for my senior living community when over 40 people had to move. When I spoke to him, he said the ad was wrong. They come out and looked and gave us a flat rate of 100.00 for a two hour move for the residents. But on the day of moving, they changed their pricing and upcharged for as much as they could. They unassembled the bed and all for one handicapped man and at his new place did not put the bed back together for him, even though he paid the extra for all his items to be packed, moved and put back as was. The workers doing the job were not friendly to me or to my staff or to the people they were moving. They would come in my office and say they could not do something cause the resident needed to pay more. Even though we had worked out the flat rate move. Now to top it off, they did not give a receipt to one of the folks that we moved, when she contacted them, she received a very rude reply that she would have to pay a $50.00 accounting fee for him to give her a receipt. What a horrible experience, teaches me to never trust any company on craigslist, or believe anyone that has a too good to be true deal. AWEFUL and do not USE! - this is about multiple moves that they did, not just one, and everyone they moved has a bad story to tell.
