 + -1 moreThey have a beautiful website with pictures of quality products. However, when I received my brackets, they looked like something a child would have carved with a jigsaw. I asked for my money back, and they refused, saying that all brackets are custom made. I understand that, but I didn't ask for a refund because I changed my mind; I asked for a refund because what they sent me was an absolute piece of junk. It took me six months of writing to them and filing complaints with the BBB to get my money back. (The refund did not cover shipping costs.)
Description of Work: I purchased 2 sets of wooden curtain rod brackets from them
