Swimmingly! But, the Tech forgot to to flip the breaker back on, and I did not catch that the a/c compressor did not come on when tested - Mistakes on both our parts.

Anna was GREAT! Showed up early the day she came to do the estimate.
Her crew showed up on time on the day promised.
They ran conduit underground from the house to the garage. Installed 3 interior lights, 4 outlets and a motion detector light on the garage. Installed two outdoor receptacles. One on the outside of the garage, one on the corner of the house for a future electric gate.
They were neat, fast and efficient.
Definitely plan to use Anna again!

I love the fact that she is a local, woman owned business with tons of experience and an outstanding crew. I highly recommend them to anyone needing electrical work done. She is licensed and guarantees her work. I didn't bother to get a second estimate because I trust Anna to be fair and I know the work will be done right.

They are fabulous. It is a lady owned company and she had someone come over on a Saturday when I had a garage door opener that was running non stop. The guy who came over found out a couple of issues and took care of it. She was actually referred to me by one of my friend. I called Anna to know the charge and she told me that he was an intern and it is up to him to charge me for an unexpected visit. He asked for $40.00 and I gave him $55.00 because he came over such a short notice and took care of the problem.

I am just aware of them that is why I used them. The job they did went great, no problems whatsoever. I have used them for years and I never had a problem with them.
The price was reasonable for what they had to do. They are very professional. They just do good service with a fair price. They are responsive. They live in the neighbourhood, not neighbors but in the general area. It?s a family own business and they are just good to do business with in terms of electrical work. I will use them in the future and I will not even look at another one.

I have an old house and part of the wiring still utilizes an old fuse box. It had been a long time since a fuse had blown so when one did, the only large appliance on it, the refrigerator, became suspect. I finally had used an extension cord to move it to a higer rated circuit though and discovered that it was not the culprit. The question then became what was. Because of the age of the house and some of the wiring, I was concerned. The idea of awakening to a fire was scary. Anna called from a job and said she was booked up until next month, but would see what she could do. I had used her before and really wanted to use her again since I knew I could trust her. She called back and said she had someone who lived in my area and could come on their way home. He arrived promptly. He checked every outlet on the circuit, and checked the amount of current that was passing through at the box. He was very through. The only thing suspicious was a very old outlet that was being used at the time. It was not in a box as required so he added one and put a new outlet in it. I had no more fuses of that size. In case it blew when we turned things back on, he offered to go to the store if it did. This would have really been out of his way with rush hour traffic. Luckily that fixed the problem. He explained what I should do if it did blow again, so I would not harm myself. He cleaned up all the small pieces of wire and made sure he left everything in the right place as he had to move things to get to some wall outlest. I was very pleased with the work and his attitude.

Anna and her teams were very helpful, courteous and professional. They even recommended someone to help fix an old ceiling fan that I love. They understand the challenges that come with older homes and are ready to address them.

OMG. These guys were awesome. I'd spoken with Anna the week before, with essentially a laundry list of projects (see above), which she realized could easily get longer by the time her workers arrived (it did). So instead of sending just two men (which I'd expected), she sent four. I was initially suspicious, as in the past I'm used to babysitting contractors, to ensure everyone's working to their full potential. NOT SO WITH THESE GUYS. Each worked well WITH each other, and INDEPENDENT of each other ~ the mark of a smooth team that's been together for years.
So yes, I will absolutely be using Anna's Electric in the future; I'll be calling momentarily with yet another laundry list of projects, and hope she'll be able to fit me in this week (smile).

Called Anna on Monday morning and left a message. Anna returned my call that afternoon and offered to send her electrician first thing the next morning. Jesus and Chuy arrived promptly at the scheduled time and immediately diagnosed the problem. They replaced the faulty switch in no time.

I found Anna's Electronic on Angie's. I saw good reviews....and since I had no referrals from neighbors or friends, I thought I would give them a try. I left a message after hours and she called me back the next morning. We set up a time window with a 30 minute call ahead so I could get home from work to meet them.
The day of the service, they called 30 mins ahead (like they said they would) and showed up on time. As soon as they got there, I should them exactly what I wanted to do. There were 3 or them so work was done quickly. Before I knew it, all three projects were complete, working perfectly, and I am happy with everything.
These guys were very professional, went right to work, and even cleaned up and swept where they had been working.

They were incredibly wonderful. They did a wonderful job. The guy was very, very professional. I was just blown away because they were so good. I told Anna I would use them anytime I need an electrician. They were just wonderful and the price was much less than another company.

Anna and her team are nice. But they seem a bit chaotic and just need to focus much more on professionalism.
I phoned to set up an appointment regarding a dryer that kept cutting out -- we believed it to be an electrical issue. Anna phoned back...several hours later (call was first thing in the morning, call back was midafternoon).
We made an appointment but the next day Anna called to try to reschedule it to a time that was more convenient for her team. We couldnt oblige so went with the original time. Only, they were about 45 minutes late arriving.
After arriving team was cordial and did much inspection work on problem and determined we needed to upgrade a circuit box to handle the load.Made another appointment with Anna for her to come out, review, give estimate.
She asked for 8:30, we settled on 9:00 am. By 11 am, no show. She called at 11:20 to say she had had an emergency that prevented her from getting over for the 10:30 am appointment. But she was going to rush over right then. By that time, I had left for errands.
Again, Anna is nice. She may know her stuff. I called her because she was in the area. But bottom line we needed someone who was not constantly changing or missing appts so early in our relationship.

Anna is awesome. She returns calls promptly and gives accurate estimates. Her work is always done extremely professionally and expediently. I have no problem trusting her and her crew with access to my home even when I'm not able to be there with them sometimes. I really appreciate the first rate service. She says what she will do and how much it will cost. Then she delivers exactly that. Fantastic!!!!!
Her main job here was to install the 220 AC line, but I really also needed help cutting a hole through my home to install a quite large window AC/Heat unit. I have central AC, but it is not enough for the Texas heat! She was able to get someone (her brother!) to perform that service. He had extensive experience in remodeling, etc. and did a great job.

It went very well, the drier wasn’t plugged in properly and the plug was not up to code, so they replaced it with a whole new receptacle and secured it so it would not jiggle. They did a very nice job. I will use them again.

The installation seemed to take a little longer than I would have expected (about 3 hours). Given the age of the home (1930's) I can understand that a little extra work was required to safely install the fan. I had expected to spend $175 - $200, but because of the long installation time, paid $272. The guys did a good job and consulted with me on any questions they had about placement, etc. They did a good job of cleaning up, but did leave dirty hand prints on the white ceiling which I later cleaned up. Overall, I was satisfied with the work and the value.

She has done quite a bit of work for me. I spent around $1000 on the job. I would definitely recommend her. She was very prompt and very professional, with good prices. She did the work very quickly. I will use her services in the future.
