This title company was very thorough and professional. They closing agent thoroughly explained all the paperwork in a way we could understand. They even detected a mistake that would have caused us to underpay property taxes and result in a bill for thousands of dollars at the end of the year. Their office was very comfortable and well-managed. We are a lesbian couple and they treated us just the same as any couple buying a home together. I would highly recommend their services.
