Pretty simple, and to the point...Repaired all hail damage. To our satisfactionThen installed flagstone...and it looks HORRIBLE. Refuses to fix the job and make it right. I will now have to spend more money to have the ugly work ripped out...
Description of Work: American Eagle Roofing came in and performed the following restoration services after major hail storms. 1. Roof - Excellent job, product, and install time 2. Exterior refinishing - good job with paint and repair of broken/damaged exterior 3. Replaced broken windows 4. Worked with insurance to rectify claims and additional repairs Replaced roof, broken windows, gutters, shutters, paint, power vents etc. Did a great job!Installed backyard patio stone improperly. Without proper grout, leveling, and now refuses to complete the job as agreed and paid for. Very disappointing
