Darcy not only uses good professional sub's, he works right along with them, and his help don't do anything he don't approve, and if they do something he don't think looks right, he has them tear it out right then and re do the work. I would say Darcy is a 'custom' builder. My new shower and bathroom looks like something you would find in a $ 500,000 home. I've had two large rain storms and ice on my new roof. I do not have a leak anywhere. He did a great job. And the money was right and I should know as I've been in the real estate business since 1963.
