 + -1 moreDarcy not only uses good professional sub's, he works right along with them, and his help don't do anything he don't approve, and if they do something he don't think looks right, he has them tear it out right then and re do the work. I would say Darcy is a 'custom' builder. My new shower and bathroom looks like something you would find in a $ 500,000 home. I've had two large rain storms and ice on my new roof. I do not have a leak anywhere. He did a great job. And the money was right and I should know as I've been in the real estate business since 1963.
Description of Work: My wife is seriously ill, Darcy took out a closet in my bathroom and made it into a large shower that she could use as he installed handles/railing for her to hold on to, he also added a seat for her to set down in. The new shower ended up being 10 feet by 8 feet. A real addition to the house. He made the old shower into a closet. He re-tiled the entire bathroom and shower. He also installed a new roof on my house. All the sub's he used were very professional and were at work every day at 7:30AM and did not leave until 5:00PM.
