They said they never received January payment, but the bank proved that the payment had been made and they electronically cashed the check. They continued to call me to say that they had not received payment and then called the credit bureau saying that I was pass due. This continued into February and also said they didn't receive February's check. The bank has the proof that the mortgage company cashed the check. The mortgage company then said that they had received January's payment in February and had not received the February payment. I called the company and someone said they put the money into someone else's account. Now they are questioning February's payment and said they have not received that and March. This problem had continued where I have to go back to the bank to get copies of the checks. It has really stressed me out. They threatened to foreclose my house. I had to go to the hospital for a stress attack because of what this company has caused me.

THIS COMPANY HELPED ME WHEN NO ONE ELSE WOULD. I WAS ABLE TO OBTAIN A REFINANCE, CONSOLIDATE MY FIRST AND SECOND MORTGAGES, PAY OFF SOME BILLS AND ACCESS SOME OF MY EQUITY FOR HOME REPAIRS.
