ALVIE'S PLUMBING SERVICE

Instead of immediately replacing the U-shaped pipe he put some cement on the crack. That did not work so he came back the next day. This time he cut the water pipe, and since he hadn't turned the water main off the water came pouring out. He then spent 6 hours trying to mend the water pipe. We were without water from 3:00 pm to 11:00 am the next morning. He then replaced the U-shaped pipe, but used putty to seal it to the rest of the pipe which did not work. After that he refused to come out to fix it since he said he was not well. So I lost $70. I had to get another plumber from the yellow pages to fix the pipe, and had to pay twice for the same job.

THE MAN I SPOKE WITH SAID HE COULD DO MY JOB AND GET THERE AS EARLY AS I NEEDED. EVEN THOUGH THE SYSTEM INDICATES HE SERVES MY AREA, HE DECIDED HE WOULD PASS ON THE JOB BECAUSE HE DID NOT WANT TO DRIVE IN TRAFFIC.

ALVIE WAS ON-TIME, PROFESSIONAL, VERY KIND AND VERY HONEST. HE CHARGED LESS THAN I WAS FEARING IT WOULD COST, PLUS HE DID VERY GOOD, HIGH QUALITY WORK. HE'S A RETIRED FELLOW WHO DOES PLUMBING ON THE SIDE FOR EXTRA INCOME, AND HE'S VERY NICE TO WORK WITH. GRADE A+ ON ALL FRONTS!

HE WAS REALLY NICE ESPECIALLY SINCE HE HELPED ME SOLVE THE PROBLEM WITHOUT HAVING TO COME OUT. OVER THE PHONE, HE SUGGESTED PUSHING THE RESET BUTTON ON THE BOTTOM OF THE DISPOSAL. IT WORKED! EVEN THOUGH HE DID NOT TECHNICALLY DO ANY WORK I GAVE HIM AN "A" FOR QUALITY, QUALITY OF HIS ADVICE.

HE IS PROFESSIONAL AND HONEST. HE CAME QUICK AND GOT THE JOB DONE QUICKLY. HE IS NICE TO DEAL WITH.

ALVIE IS ON TIME, KNOWS HIS JOB, NEVER OVER CHARGES AND IS QUICK TO COMPLETE.
