Description of Work: I walked in the kiosk with my dog hanging in my attached sling. The person working immediately told me he doesn't let dogs on his rug...doesn't want to be liable. I told him I wouldn't think of letting her down and he continued to complain. I turned to walk out and he asked what I needed. After saying two door keys copied, he grabbed my key and quickly made two keys, said $10.28, I paid and left with no more words. I will never use this company anywhere ever again with customer service like he displayed.

 + -1 moreI believe they are extremely honest and did a great job. They could have tried to have us purchase completely new locks, but instead found the most affordable way to get what we wanted done.
