"Alliance Foundation Repair did not work for [member name removed]. They purchased a property that we had previously repaired. The house had plumbing problems and leaks resulting in foundation movement. Our warranty excludes movement due to plumbing leaks. [member name removed]did take Alliance Foundation Repair to court. Alliance Foundation Repair did appear in court when notified. Alliance Foundation Repair has not worked for [member name removed] and their review and rating our company should not be considered."
"We did not do work for this customer and this job did not have a transferable warranty, however, we did speak with him and are trying to resolve this with them. We did agree to inspect the property and work that was performed by our company for the previous home owner. If an adjustment needs to be made from work we performed it would be scheduled even though he does not have a warranty. We offered this to them because this work was performed at the first of the year and there should not be any movement on the work our company performed. We stand behind our work and want to work and want to correct any problem that has to do with work we performed. Mr. Williams will inspect the property, take a copy of the paperwork for this property since we did not do the work for them and explain what was done by our company. Our company did respond to the customer and advised him of this before he contacted Angie's List. It is our intention to provide quality work and service on work we perform."
